Our team includes and experienced kitchen and in house mixologists that serve up some of the best cocktails in Durango.
Not only that, but our servers pride themselves on service and have the knowledge to help you find the right items on our extensive menus.


Sean Clark
Executive Chef

In his 15 years of managing restaurants and developing world class menus, Sean has dedicated himself to original, homemade food. Beginning with receiving PCI certification through the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY, Sean has had the honor to cook at the James Beard House in New York City twice as well as the Colorado Governors Mansion. He has been a featured Chef at the Great American Beer Festival and also cooked for the Colorado Board of Tourism at the Aspen Food & Wine Festival.  Need we say more?

 
  • My husband likes to try local beers, and the server recommended a Colorado Kolsch Ale brewed literally down the street at their sister restaurant/brewery. Carl was very happy with it! We started with a Scotch egg, which was delicious. Main courses included a burger & salad for hubby (totally locally sourced ingredients) and a Cuban sandwich with house fries for me. Both entrees were excellent and more than we could eat, prices are very reasonable, and service was spot-on. In a word: WINNER!!

  • My wanderings have historically led me astray in one form or another, but my random Tuesday night in Durango was a win. Looking for a well stocked and educated bar is a constant and El Moro delivered! Their spirits collection shows a knowledgable kindred spirit hard at work, and Sarah, the wonderful keeper of the wines generously took me thru a tasting of the establishments selection. It was a lot of fun and totally unexpected!

  • OKAY! This place was awesome. Thomas was our server for lunch and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable on all the drinks and food. We ordered a meat and cheese plate and it was probably one of the best I've had. Then we had the farro salad which was so fresh. For dessert we ended with their homemade brittle, chocolate and caramel. Holy smokes. It was seriously amazing. The atmosphere is great. I also love that you can buy the kitchen a round of PBRs for $5. Will definitely come back!
