In his 15 years of managing restaurants and developing world class menus, Sean has dedicated himself to original, homemade food. Beginning with receiving PCI certification through the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY, Sean has had the honor to cook at the James Beard House in New York City twice as well as the Colorado Governors Mansion. He has been a featured Chef at the Great American Beer Festival and also cooked for the Colorado Board of Tourism at the Aspen Food & Wine Festival. Need we say more?
Before becoming the General Manager at El Moro Tavern, Dave worked at our sister restaurant Steamworks Brewing Company for over 7 years. Since El Moro Spirits & Tavern opened in early July of 2013, Dave has been integral in creating and maintaining the balance of great service, exceptional cocktails and fun atmosphere. In addition to being a master of organization, Dave is Cicerone Certified and makes more than a few incredible cocktails. He loves to share his knowledge.
